Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the bookshop, and click on the Add to Cart button. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the U.K., place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euros, or your own currency.

Delivery Schedule Artwords shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address which you supply. All delivery times quoted on the Artwords site are estimates only based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. Artwords may deliver items in an order separately but shall charge you for postage and packing on the first delivery only. Your credit/debit card will be debited on dispatch of your order. Title to the goods will pass to you on payment in full. Risk will pass to you on delivery.

Returns Policy In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please return the goods to Artwords. We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery to return goods to us. Artwords will refund postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. Artwords shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is canceled for any other reason under these Terms, Artwords' only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
